28 March 2017

We are happy to announce that the AppPulse Spring release is now available, including new versions of AppPulse Active, AppPulse Mobile, AppPulse Trace, and AppPulse Web. The AppPulse Suite of products are designed to improve application user experience. In this release customers will get the AppPulse Trace Express version for FREE with AppPulse Active, Mobile, and Web. AppPulse Trace gives you the visibility needed to find and fix app problems faster by investigating issues from the user action down to the line of code, exception, and log messages.

In this release, we add Mobile Sentiment Analysis to provide insight and understanding into what your users think about your mobile app. This functionality is included as part of AppPulse Mobile. AppPulse Web gains single-page application (SPA) pages monitoring and analysis. AppPulse Trace gets Asynch Call Tracing. AppPulse Active gets an additional Open API to allow you to have more flexibility with when and how you use the data.

The features below are now available to our customers:

A new Open API for AppPulse Active data and configurations is now available. Leverage the AppPulse Active data in your 3rd party tools. Now you can integrate availability and performance data with 3rd party tools for service assurance, business analysis, development, and QA optimization.

Better together, AppPulse Active data and configurations integration with APM on-prem is now available. AppPulse Active data is integrated into APM on-prem dashboards and reports. This allows IT to have visibility to all the organization’s applications and see a consolidated status for the application from all monitoring tools. Teams are empowered with self-service proactive monitoring using AppPulse Active while IT remains in control by getting all monitoring statistics in APM on-prem dashboards and reports.

Sentiment Analysis is now available. Mobile Sentiment Analysis analyzes your app ratings and reviews and provides the most important sentiment categories which can influence your app rating (including competitor benchmarks).

Now you can take the next step and analyze your app ratings and reviews using Sentiment Analysis. AppPulse Mobile Sentiment Analysis reports shows you what your users think about your app in several categories (performance, security, ROI, and more) by analyzing your users’ reviews and providing an easy to read scoreboard.

Asynchronous calls across operations are now available. Trace your application asynchronous calls and drill down to the root cause of transaction performance issues quickly and easily.

Get the full picture for issue isolation, including asynchronous calls across operations. AppPulse Trace gives you the visibility needed to find and fix app problems faster by investigating issues from the user action down to the line of code, exception, and log messages.

Measure the real user experience of Single Page Applications (SPA) and understand web page load time as perceived by your users.  Now you can measure Single Page Application page performance as perceived by your users, measure SPA page load time, errors, and volumes. Once you identify performance issues, you can drill down to the page calls breakdown for faster problem resolution.

Do more with AppPulse! The complete HPE AppPulse Suite: Active, Mobile, Trace, and Web, is an integrated monitoring solution of synthetic, real-user, web-performance, and transaction analytics.
